Convenient location, close to historic district and port. Quiet for sleeping. Varying internet speed. Comfortable beds, not like typical Italian mattresses. Friendly staff provided softer pillow. Available parking near hotel. Clean white sheets and towels changed daily. Inexpensive breakfast on roof terrace. Delicious, affordable food in nearby restaurant. Vibrant and exciting city.

I had a very short and sweet visit at Backpacker. The staff made sure I felt safe walking in the neighborhood. The location was perfect for accessing the ferry to Capri. I'll recommend this hotel!

The hotel's location is perfect, being in the nicest area and close to the city center. The staff at the hotel were kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The room was veryvery comfy and tidy, with a big bathroom that had everything neatly placed back to the wall.
Hard to think of anything negative about this hotel.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the historical area of the city. The location is perfect, being just minutes away from the Old Centre of Naples and other attractions. The value for money is excellent, with comfortable rooms that come with a fully renovated bathroom. The staff, particularly Sylvana, are friendly and speak good English, ensuring a great service experience. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay. The breakfast, whether enjoyed in bed or on the roof terrace, is a nice touch to start the day.
